Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, Eastern Standard Time.
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards as well as checks.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office & Showroom are located at 9098 State Route 39, Millersburg, OH
Q: How do I select the proper fabrics for my covers/ products?
A: Our experienced sales staff will be happy to direct you to the appropriate material/ fabric for your application.
Q: Will I be charged tax?
A: If you live in Ohio, you will be charged a sales tax. You will not be charged sales tax if you live in another state.
Q: Is there a warranty on the covers?
A: We honor manufacturer’s warranties on the following materials/fabrics: Marine Vinyl, Sunbrella Canvas, Sea Mark, Patio 500, and Weather Max.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a no return policy, since all orders are custom made to your specifications. However, if for some reason the cover does not fit, we’ll be glad to make the necessary alterations. We proudly stand by all our products.
Q: Do I pay the shipping charge if I decide to return the cover for alterations?
A: Yes, customer pays for shipping to get the cover back to use, unless the cover was returned as a result of our error.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Since all orders are custom made to customer specifications, we have a no refund policy. However, we can make exceptions depending upon where in the process the order is in at the time of refund request. Be advised that a service charge will apply.
Q: We live in an area where it snows. Which material do you suggest?
A: We experience harsh weather conditions also (snow, rain and strong winds). Stamoid Light, SeaMark, and Sunbrella Plus are excellent materials for such weather. Durability varies, please see the material grid above.
Q: How do you ship your covers?
A: The majority of our shipments are sent via UPS Ground service.
Q: How long does it take to complete my cover?
A: The turn-around time varies between one to four weeks. Please consult our customer service representative for a current turn-around time.
Q: Can you put a rush on my order?
A: Yes. Our representatives will inform you on the turn-around time of your order. If you require a rush on your order, there will be an additional charge.
Q: If I gave you the specific dimensions of the furniture, do you make the covers a little bit bigger?
A: Correct. We ask our customers to provide us with the exact measurements and we’ll account for wiggle room of 1" to length and width and keep the height the same or half inch shorter.
Q: Do you include fasteners to secure the cover?
A: Most covers come with your choice of fasteners: Velcro straps, elastic, turn buttons, buckles or drawstring. Extra charge for additional Velcro, grommets or snaps will apply.
Q: Are your seams stitched or heat welded?
A: We stitch the materials using a high quality UV resistant thread, specifically made for outdoor use.
Q: Does a patio table and chair canopy come with a hole for the umbrella?
A: Table and chair canopies do not come with a hole. Additional $20.00 will apply for either a flat wrap or turtle neck wrap.
Q: I want my cover edges finished, but not in the traditional manner, can you provide a custom finish?
A: Just explain the intended use of the cover and we can offer choices of custom finish methods.
Q: Can I receive samples of the different fabrics to see the colors & feel the weight of it?
A: Fabric samples are available at no charge.
Q: Do you only offer the items listed on your site?
A: E-Z Outdoors is a custom sewing facility. If you have a unique project, we will be happy to take a look at it. If we can't help you, we will do our best to refer you to someone who can.
Q: Can I get a new boat tarp by sending you the old tarp?
A: Unfortunately in order to make a custom fitting for your new tarp, we will need to have the boat at our facility.
Q: Do you have Tarps in stock?
A: Yes, we have Heavy Duty Poly Tarps in stock, our Heavy Duty Vinyl Tarps are custom made with your choice of color and size. Call (330) 674-2590, with the size and send us a photo & we'll create a custom vinyl tarp for you.
Disclaimer: Wind exposure will damage any cover. Stress or damage (i.e. abrasions, holes, tearing) caused by wind is not covered by warranty. Repairs can be made and are subject to repair charges. Fabric performance is based on normal environmental conditions. Fabrics will have a shorter lifespan in elevated conditions (i.e. desert, full sun, high heat, extreme cold). Seams are not waterproof.
